EXHIBITS

Thanks to excellent market conditions, the fund experienced profitable divestments. The first was a former DaVita Dialysis Center located directly on a major Texas highway. The second was a former Citizen’s Bank located on the gateway to The Great Sacandaga Lake in upstate New York. The latest was a neglected plaza near downtown of a large northwestern Ohio city.

EXHIBIT HIGHLIGHT:

THE TOLEDO WALLS PLAZA

“The Toledo Walls” was a redevelopment project in Toledo, OH. The presented project is part of Anise Capital’s social impact investments; to participate in the redefinition of a community and tap back into its roots. The project was turned over to an investor that was focused on finalizing the vision.

A Dedication To The Community:

By giving visual artists a blank canvas, the commissioning of art works and murals in the plaza will build out a hub – “The Toledo Walls Project“- and make a positive contribution to the artistic resurgence in Toledo. This hub supports artists in the area and attracts local traffic, while boosting economic activity, creating a sense of place and a stronger future for the community
